the first phone call you will receive the following dedicated
service.
I will
deal with your query personally.
I will personally visit your
property to discuss your requirements and provide a quote for the
work.
You will be under no obligation until confirmation has been
received.
On confirmation I will measure and order all replacement
materials without having to remove the defective glass.
When the
replacement is manufactured I will telephone for an appointment to carryout the
installation or repair.
On arrival at your property I will ensure
the work is carried out with the least disruption to you and will use dust
sheets whenever necessary.
The defective glass will be removed and
replaced with the new glass.
All the above will be carried out with
the minimum of fuss and disruption.
I will ensure all glass and waste
materials removed are disposed of before leaving the property.
A five
year guarantee will be issued for all work undertaken.
